Application of Image Retrieval Algorithm based on Sports Events

Abstract: Sports image feature description and indexing mechanism is the key of content-based image re-trieval based on, for mass sports image data, this paper presents improved sports image retrieval algorithm based on, when indexing mechanism in the query time, to ensure that the recall rate and accuracy of the query result and improve the candidate reverse chain index, which has led to an increase in the distance calculation and query time. The experimental results show that the algorithm has achieved good results in the massive image data capture based on sports events, and has practical value.
