Discussion on Laws and Regulations Related to Student Sports Injuries

Abstract: At present, there are seven laws and regulations can be used as the legal basis for dealing with stu-dent sports injuries, but in the actual implementation, there are still some problems: not enough relevant legal provisions and not enough fair criterion. This article suggested that we should improve the relevant legal pro-visions, pull in the principle of no-fault liability and the principle of duty of fair to enrich and make up for the inadequacy of the principle of legal liability.
