Abstract: Vitrified micro-bead mechanism sand thermal insulation dry-mixed mortar uses vitrified micro-beads with better performance as lightweight aggregates, which overcomes various disadvantages of tradi-tional thermal insulation materials such as expanded perlite and organic thermal insulation materials, and uses mechanical sand as thermal insulation. The mortar aggregate avoids the environmental damage caused by col-lecting natural sand. The vitrified micro-bead mechanism sand thermal insulation dry-mixed mortar has better thermal insulation performance, thermal insulation performance and anti-freezing performance than tradition-al thermal insulation mortar, and plays an important role in solving fire prevention, anti-freezing of tunnels in cold areas, and thermal insulation of buildings.
