Abstract: Facing the increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad, China's colleges and universities are gradually expanding their scale and level of school running. However, in recent years, the failure of inter-nal control in Colleges and universities frequent cases. Through the thorough research, most of the universi-ties in our country internal control environment problems, in order to regulate the activities of daily manage-ment, avoid management risk, improve the internal control of the utility, we must pay attention to the research on the internal control problems of internal control environment in Colleges and universities.
