Abstract: The residual stress and welding deformation caused by the welding of aluminum alloy sheet will lead to some errors in the assembly and manufacture of the welding structure. This paper takes 5052 Alumi-num Alloy plate as the research object, using ABAQUS finite element software called FORTRAN language DFLUX welding subroutine, by changing the welding speed and heating power, the change law of Aluminum Alloy sheet temperature field and residual stress. The results show that with the increase of welding speed and heat source power, welding seam center peak temperature, the farther away from the weld center distance, reduce the peak temperature change; welding residual stress difference is not obvious in the longitudinal seam, and obvious features in the transverse weld.
