Topology Design of Basic Performance Detection of Circuit Breaker Opening and Closing Coil

Abstract: The opening and closing coil is one of the core components of the circuit breaker. In recent years, the short circuit accident caused by burned coils has frequently expanded. The normal operation of the closing and closing coils is related to the reliable and stable operation of the circuit breaker. However, as for the detection of the critical performance for the circuit breaker coil, there is currently a lack of a unified and standard detection method. Based on the analysis of the circuit breaker structure and the original working path, this paper designs the detection topology for opening and closing time and the force of the circuit breaker, respectively. It can effectively detect the two critical performances of the breaker's opening and closing coils, which is of great significance to the reliable and stable operation of the circuit breaker.
