Abstract: According to the actual situation in China in recent five years of traffic safety, the road traffic law, the education of road traffic safety, traffic law enforcement and road accident emergency rescue measures and other related content with Japan, the United States, Europe traffic developed countries through comparative analysis, trying to find out the weak links in traffic safety management our current path and the ways to improve.
