Analysis of Temperature Field of Mass Concrete under Different Temperature Control Measures

Abstract: Based on the construction of the mass concrete floor of the North Bank of the third Pingnan bridge, the solid model of the floor under two kinds of temperature control measures is established by using the finite element software MIDAS civil. The temperature field and the surface tensile stress distribution of the floor in the 0-14d age after pouring are simulated and analyzed. It is found that the temperature control measures of "canceling the cooling pipe + covering 5cm cotton wool on the surface" after adjustment can effectively reduce the temperature difference on the upper surface of the bottom plate.
